Cancelations & Refunds

This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms applicable to all bookings made with Devansh Alijar (“we”, “us”, “our”) for coaching and consulting services.

 

By booking a session, you agree to the terms below.

 

 

 

1. Free Clarity Calls (10–15 Minutes)

 

 

Free clarity calls are limited, complimentary sessions intended to:

 

  • Understand your business context

  • Assess fit for further advisory

  • Provide directional clarity

 

 

 

Rescheduling

 

 

  • You may reschedule with at least 12 hours’ notice.

  • Missed calls without notice may result in refusal of future free bookings.

 

 

Free calls hold limited calendar space and are offered selectively.

 

 

 

2. Paid Consultation Sessions

 

 

Paid sessions must be prepaid in full to confirm your booking.

 

 

A. Rescheduling Policy

 

 

  • You may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours may be declined.

  • Only one reschedule per booking is permitted.

 

 

 

B. Cancellations

 

 

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the session may be eligible for a refund (minus transaction fees, if applicable).

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable.

 

 

 

C. Missed Sessions

 

 

If you fail to attend a confirmed session without prior notice:

 

  • The session is considered completed.

  • No refund will be issued.

  • Rebooking will require a new payment.

 

 

 

 

3. Money-Back Guarantee (Paid 1-Hour Consultation)

 

 

For eligible paid consultation sessions:

 

If you are genuinely dissatisfied after completing the first 60-minute session, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

 

  • Refund request must be submitted within 24 hours of session completion.

  • You must clearly explain why the session did not deliver value.

  • Refund eligibility is determined in good faith and at our discretion.

 

 

Refunds will not be granted if:

 

  • Advice was given but not implemented.

  • Dissatisfaction is based on lack of instant results.

  • The session was partially attended.

  • The request is made beyond the 24-hour window.

 

 

Abuse of the refund policy may result in denial of future services.

 

 

 

4. Long-Form Advisory or Multi-Session Packages (If Applicable)

 

 

If longer-term advisory services are offered:

 

  • Refund terms will be outlined in a separate written agreement.

  • Partial refunds, if applicable, will be calculated based on unused sessions.

 

 

 

 

5. Payment Processing Fees

 

 

Where applicable, transaction processing fees charged by third-party payment providers may be deducted from refund amounts.

 

 

 

6. Exceptional Circumstances

 

 

In rare cases involving:

 

  • Medical emergencies

  • Force majeure events

  • Technical disruptions

 

 

We may offer rescheduling flexibility at our discretion.

 

 

 

7. Our Right to Cancel or Refuse Service

 

 

We reserve the right to:

 

  • Cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances

  • Refuse service if we believe there is not a strategic fit

  • Decline bookings that violate our Terms & Conditions

 

 

In such cases, any prepaid amount will be refunded in full.

 

 

 

8. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

 

 

All requests must be submitted in writing to:

Include:

 

  • Full name

  • Booking date

  • Reason for request

 

 

We aim to respond within 2–3 business days.

 

 

 

9. Policy Updates

 

 

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time.

Updated versions will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
