  • We reserve the right to decline or cancel bookings at our discretion.

 

 

 

B. Paid Consultations

 

 

  • Payment must be made in full before the session.

  • Payments are processed via secure third-party providers.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate payment information.

 

 

Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment.

 

 

 

4. Refund Policy

 

 

For paid 1-hour consultations:

 

If you are not satisfied with the session, you may request a refund within 24 hours of the session’s completion.

 

Refunds are granted in good faith and at our discretion.

 

Refunds will not be issued for:

 

  • Missed sessions without notice

  • Partial attendance

  • Dissatisfaction based on lack of implementation

 

 

Abuse of the refund policy may result in denial of future bookings.

 

 

 

5. Rescheduling & Cancellations

 

 

  • You may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours may result in forfeiture of payment.

  • Missed sessions without prior notice are non-refundable.
